04-1-08 – Miami, FL – (Southern Boating Magazine): “The Stealth 540 is an example of a powercat blurring the styling line with traditional cruising yachts. If seen only in profile, it would be difficult to detect that this flybridge motoryacht travels on twin hulls. Stealth Yachts use a hybrid hydrofoil design that provides lift, trims the boat and increases efficiency by up to 40 percent. Unlike other cats, it banks into a turn.”

''We are elated that Power & Motoryacht Magazine offered us this opportunity to share with their readers our thoughts and plans for the future'' stated Bob Kyle, President & CEO of The Yacht Share. “We believe in innovation and the environment. With ever-rising fuel prices, it is quite an accomplishment that we are not only the fastest and smoothest-riding motoryacht in our class, but we are the most fuel efficient in the world as well. We hope to continue to bring new Stealth models to the marketplace while setting the benchmark for performance, efficiency, and ride.”

Barcelona, Spain (Navegar Magazine): The October issue of Spain's premier yachting magazine 'Navegar' featured the new Stealth 540 Motor Yacht on the cover. "Driving Faster, even with waves, low on fuel consumption. We are talking about a fly bridge motor cruiser. The STEALTH 540 has arrived, discover new limits!!!" states Gabriel Mir Senior Editor Of Navegar' magazine. "When we say a cruising speed of 30 knots and fuel burn of 85 liters per hour most people don't realize how significant these numbers are: example a similar vessel in size and weight would do a top speed of around 30 knots. The STEALTH cruises at this speed, the similar vessel would use twice the amount of fuel to maintain this speed!"

MIAMI, FL (Market Wire): The May 2007 edition of Power & Motoryacht magazine features the 1st sea-trail of the Stealth 540. "The Stealth 540 isn't just an extraordinary yacht, but a ground-breaking or should I say ocean-slicing one." states Ben Ellison of PMY. "The most surprising aspect of testing the Stealth was what I didn't feel: the normally jarring consequences of wake jumping at anything close to that speed.I can't find comparable speed-horsepower-fuel ratios for any similar-size luxury performance yacht, and I've looked in PMY's extensive online library!" |

The new STEALTH 540 is a high performance foil supported flybridge cruiser, a perfect combination of performance, efficiency and opulence. The yacht is a result of the collaboration of some of the world’s most experienced boating professionals. Professor Hoppe, technical adviser to Stealth yachts and developer of the award winning HYSUCAT design; MAN common rail technology; Q-SPEED surface drives from New Zealand; TMQ electronic steering; have all extended their knowledge to develop this unique and exciting yacht. The striking factor that enables the Stealth to stand alone in the market place is that she has been designed around the foil parameters, as opposed to the many vessels merely boasting post fitting foils, which with efficient power performance curves makes the Stealth up to 40% more fuel efficient and faster than a vessel similar in size. The end result brings your cruising grounds closer, and makes it much easier on the pocket. |

On 24th November we were greeted by the stealth team. This highly efficient team was able to precisely divulge the improvements that had taken place with regard to the Stealth. I was simply blown out of the water by what they had achieved. The hospitality was splendid. The team was able to convert a dusty workshop into a fully carpeted, sparklingly clean entertainment area. We were then invited to go onboard. It proved to be a true exhibition of South Africa’s design and boat building prowess. Bruce then took to the podium to inform us about what was achieved with the redesign of hull number 1. |
